Introduction to Prangana: a holistic health approach

This workshop will introduce you to Prangana; a unique holistic system created by Elina Doronkina, Holistic Wellness Consultant from the Anti-Stress Clinic.

Blending Pranic healing with ancient wisdom, Prangana incorporates gentle movement, yoga, breathing techniques, self-massage, hypno-healing, meditation and other healing practices.

In this workshop you will learn how to use simple but effective methods to balance emotions, realign you mind and body, and improve your nervous and immune systems – all of which help reduce your stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fear, aches and pains.

During the two hour session Elina will:

  • take you through the four elements of the Prangana system
  • show you how to release your inbuilt tension, clear your mind and re-energise your body
  • share with you tips on embedding Prangana into your own life
  • arm you with techniques you can use on the go, at work or at home.

Easy to learn and fit into your daily schedule, Prangana is also known as the ‘lazy workout’ as it is so gentle.

Session is open to all levels of fitness, no previous experience required. Just come wearing a smile and comfortable clothes that allow you to move around easily!
